Nice little place!

The house was very clean and my bed was super comforatble. We traveled with 5 people, and with the couch everyone slept comfortably.

Not bad for a short visit

We liked the house, but the location was terrible. The proximity to downtown was great, but it is on a busy street so we heard a lot of noise from ambulances and the train as well as the traffic. We could have used more towels. There’s no bathroom mat on the floor so water from the shower seeps out from underneath the door. We had to lay a towel down. Overall, the house was nice and at a great price!

Disappointed

The place was very nice and I liked the location. But I’m not sure if whoever was supposed to clean didn’t clean because the place looked and felt dirty. I had to sweep the floor twice just to keep my socks from getting dirty from walking, there was stuff all over the floor, stains on the pillows and towels, and I went to use the dryer and someone had left a load of laundry in. The dishwasher was full of dishes that smelled and were still wet. I didn’t even bother to make a complaint because I had already embarrassed myself struggling to open the door and lock but being charged a cleaning fee and the place was NOT clean, I was disappointed. The place was nice just hope they clean it next time.
If I hadn’t of swept that’s what the floor looked like
None of them looked or smelled clean.
Went to use a glass and it reeked. No paper towels or anything to clean so I just drank bottled water.
It was just the dryer but the dryer was what I needed to use. I went and bought a steamer instead.

So disappointed to say the least

I know you get what you pay for, but I was turned off as soon as we pulled up to the house. The grass was over a foot tall! It’s a very old house, which I don’t have a problem with, but there is no insulation so you hear every car that drives down the street and it’s a very busy street. There were very few dishes (one glass) and the ones we found were in the dishwasher, but they did not look clean. The dishwashing soap bag was empty so I couldn’t even wash them. The listing said there were towels and soap for the bathroom. There was no soap at all. The towels were very old and thin. We were going to use the washer and dryer, but there was a wet towel in the washing machine, and the dryer was full of sheets. The worst part is that when I opened the little drawer to the soap dispenser, it was full of mold. The inside of the shower, the toilet, and sinks were clean, however, the floors were filthy and still had crumbs and dirt on them. There was also an ant issue and water bugs in the bathroom. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

House was clean cuts and comfortable. The street noise was the only issue. But after a while you get use to most of it. Communication was great. Would stay here again if in the area.
