Charming 3-bedroom house in amazing St. Augustine; quiet, clean and comfortable

Corey, When you walk outside barefoot you will track dirt into the house, I could tell the floors were very dirty as soon as I opened the door. I then checked the ring and saw you guys going in and out with and without shoes, absolutely the floor will get dirty. I assure you the floors were perfectly clean upon your arrival, if that wasn’t the case you would have let me know I’m sure. We take pictures of the hot tub as well for liability reasons and upon looking at it, it was crystal clear. I’m sorry we could not meet your expectations beyond perfect. R/

Thanks for being a very tidy guest. I offered to set the door to open earlier but I don’t have a way to know unless you let Me know. I can’t do early check-in’s all the time but in this case I could have. Again thank you for being a very neat and tidy guest it was greatly appreciated.
