Welcome to Country’s Paradise located on the beautiful Lake Hamilton! This lakefront oasis has many features that will make you want to stay home all vacation long! The home is located in a quiet lake cove perfect for any family or business retreat alike! The home features a heated in-ground swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a theater room, and so much more! Lake Hamilton is right outside your door with the sandbar being a short boat ride away. The house is also a short drive to multiple boat ramps including a 5 minute drive to the famous Lake Ouachita where you can find tranquil state parks, boat ramps, and boat ramp access to Lake Ouachita or Lake Hamilton. Enjoy a blissful escape from everyday life and enjoy everything our property has to offer!

•THE SPACE•
Experience the ultimate getaway at our luxurious home. Upon entering the foyer you’ll notice the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with views of Lake Hamilton! The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for any large meal you need to make! There is a full-sized fridge and freezer, an ice maker, pots and pans, utensils, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, etc. Our home sleeps 30 guests. The first floor also includes an expansive master suite with direct access to the pool and lake! You’ll also find a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower. In your master bedroom you’ll notice a small twin bed to keep your child close if you so choose! On the downstairs floor, there are two other bedrooms, a washer and dryer for your use, and one other full bathroom with a tile shower. As you make your way up the stairs to the right of the foyer you’ll be greeted with another master suite with a king-sized bed complete with views of Lake Hamilton, a large tile shower, soaking tub, two en-suite bedrooms with one having views of the outdoor facilities and the other having views of Lake Hamilton. There is also another washer and dryer upstairs for your use. You’ll also notice two large bunk rooms for children and adults alike! There is also a spacious theater room found on the second level. To complete the second floor you’ll notice a full sized bathroom! Smart TVs in every room! I reserved this for a family trip for 27 people. The house is still being remodeled but overall it worked well. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of utensils. The kids enjoyed the pool but the large area of the pool did not seem to be filtering at night. The fire pit up front was my favorite area with string lights and games for the kids to play. The lake behind the house is mainly for fishing and canoeing. We went swimming at a near by swim spot. Very responsive host. This home still has some remodeling needs but it worked out good for our family.

It was not a it was presented in description. It is not brand new. No bathmats, shampoo,hair dryers. cushions on chairs, I am on a walker and asked about it. Have you ever tried to roll on gravel? If they would have told me all of these things I would not have rented it

Reality Check

To be clear, we never ended up staying at this property because of a massive sewer backup that made it uninhabitable, but we did see it when we arrived before deciding it was impossible. Also, to be clear the owner was great about cancelling and refunding our money. However, beyond the raw sewage, this property did not live up to its description. First, it is not on a lake; it backs up to a small tributary to a lake. Second, the pool is a small dipping pool with no deck. The house itself is small; though there may in fact spots for 30 people to sleep, there is no room to gather, eat, or hang out for that amount of people. There is no real back yard or access to the water, and the front "yard" is small and covered in gravel. The firepit area is located almost right on the street, the basketball goal doesn't have enough space to shoot a free throw, and the (children's?) putting green is sort of janky. The gravel parking area is inadequate and completely inaccessible for anyone using a wheelchair/rollerator. The house is very closely flanked by two trashy properties, and one neighbor actually referred to it as "the sewer house" so perhaps the backup was not a one-time thing. The owner was perfectly nice and handled the disaster about as well as could be expected (if not a bit too optimistically). And it isn't a bad house per se; it's just not at all the "Lakeside Paradise" it is advertised to be. This listing needs a reality check.

We are very sorry pertaining to the sewer issue. We have had to install a new pump and grinder. Other than that, this house is on a lake. It’s actually on Lake Hamilton which is our towns most popular lake. We are located in one of the many coves our lakes has. The pool is a 14x25 in ground pool with 4 ft of decking around. Plus there is a 12x12 covered outdoor kitchen area inside the pool decking- with a few stairs leading down to another 25x4 decking/seawall that gives you access to the lake. The open living room/dining kitchen area was designed to accommodate a large family. The bedrooms are all 13x13 ft or larger. All downstairs bedrooms have king size beds. Upstairs bedrooms have 2 king size bedrooms and the others are queens and then double queen bunk rooms designed for kids. The theater room upstairs is also a gathering area for family it’s 17x13 ft in dimension.

This house is extraordinary! The lake views are unbeatable. From the lake to your door is just feet away! This place is just unbeatable. There’s something special about it and you feel it as soon as you arrive.

This property is right outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Unlike other properties this property is right on Lake Hamilton, but it is only a very short drive to Lake Ouachita, once of the cleanest lakes in the United States with no residential homes on the lake at all! This property is in close proximity to the Ouachita state parks along with Blakely Dam! There are two parks within a 5 minute drive of this property. This lakefront home has all there is to offer for guests looking to stay at home or enjoy the great outdoors. Oaklawn racetrack is a short drive away as well!
