Nested in a beautiful neighborhood by a mountain with public hiking, our charming house is the perfect place for people visiting the area either for business or pleasure.

Note this is my primary residence in which my teen and I occasionally live, so you will see personal items but we leave space for your necessities. That said, it is kept tidy and organized for our welcomed guests! We enjoy that the prior owner was a kitchen designer and combined clean lines with high end appliances. There is a guest house on site also occasionally rented but the only shared space is the outdoor entrance and we rarely cross paths.

REALLY great location for visiting family, friends, or attending events, including arts, sports, restaurants, and any local venues. 30 minutes from Cardinal football; 26 minutes from Diamondbacks; 17 minutes from TPC and other golf courses; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Most spring training facilities are within 20-30 minutes; 30 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale; 12 minutes to MIM, 21 to the Phoenix Art Museum as well as Arizona Financial Theatre and Footprint Center, where many popular comedians and music groups offer shows. It is centrally located with easy access the 51 and 101 freeways.
