Great location!

This oceanfront property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The panoramic view was breathtaking and the place was very clean and well maintained. The rooftop area was a bit far from the ocean but overall, the property was fantastic.

The location of this house is hard to beat and was definitely the best part of the stay. Being right on the beach was great and the layout worked well for our family.Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the house were pretty disappointing. The floors were so dirty that after our kids crawled around for a few minutes, their hands and feet were black. The tops of the mini split units were covered in dust and grime, the large accordion door windows were dirty, and overall the house felt like it needed a much deeper cleaning.We also had AC units that were not working in the living room and one of the bedrooms during our stay. There were quite a few maintenance issues throughout the house as well, including sections of the flooring that were literally being held together with duct tape. For a property at this price point, that was pretty surprising and made the house feel much more worn down than we expected from the listing.It really is a prime location and this could be a great rental, but for what we paid, I expected the house to be much cleaner and better maintained.

The home was spacious, clean, and right on the beach! The check in and out were a breeze. The TV was not working when we checked in, but it was swiftly replaced with a simple call. Would rent again!

Fantastic Beach House

Great location and family friendly property. The rooftop hot tub was broken for the length of our stay, but the management company did send someone out to try to fix it. Overall, we would choose to stay here again.

Awesome stay right on the beach!

We brought our daughter-in-law to see the beach one last time before cancer claims her. She loved lying on the sofa sleeper facing the beach, with the wall opened up to see and hear the ocean! Our grandson slept there with the wall open! We all loved the view and ocean sounds! Great sunsets! Great communication with the host! The elevator and two parking spaces were also much appreciated! Very spacious and comfortable! We want to come back on a yearly basis!

The only suggestion would be to swap the one king from the bedroom with two of them with the bunk set to make three bedrooms better conducive for couples.

The Strand

The condo was exactly what we needed. The view and the proximity to all local amenities was awesome. The beds, and linens were great which isn't always the case in rentals. The only downsize was the furniture, it wasn't comfortable at all, the couch sunk in the middle and the chairs were just uncomfortable to sit in. When we arrived, we went upstairs to check out the hot tub it wasn't on plus we had to fill it with water. Our last night we went up to enjoy the hot tub and the cover was missing and the water was only at 79degrees so couldn't use it. The good outweighed the bed so i would defiantly stay again but hopefully they will get new furniture.

We had small children as well, and with this location being right on the beach it allowed everyone including kids and parents to enjoy and relax, especially during all this Covid junk!We didn’t have any huge issues, just a couple small questions and the resolutions came super quick with ease! I’d recommend this place to anyone!Units 1/3 have access to the roof top hot tub which was awesome! Units 2/4 don’t have the access but have the better panoramic patios. Whichever way u want, is great! I would recommend unit 3/4 because they are on the top. But Overall A+++

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We really enjoyed our stay! Most of the prior reviews have covered it. Location is amazing. Views from every room. The property is great! While it is showing some wear and tear what do you expect when you are fully booked on the ocean? The Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels!!! Loved the Jacuzzi!!!. The kids would go in the ocean for hours then warm up in the spa then run back into the ocean! Easy parking access making storing your beach equipment in the car easy and convenient. There are some complaints about the stairs and not being able to use the elevator. We had no issues. It would be nice during check in and check out otherwise we would take the stairs anyway. The fire pits were great at night and for s'mores. We had a couple of small hiccups. I sent an email and someone contacted me within minutes. We would defiantly stay here again.

I purposely rented a house with a hot tub and it did not work the whole time we were there. Because it was raining every day we only tried a couple of times. We called the first time and someone came out right away but he must not have fixed it because 2 days later we tried and it still didn’t. Response time was great though. The house was very clean. Stay in rooms closer to the beach as there is a train blowing horn all morning and It is loud from back room starts around 6:30am. We would stay again in the future hopefully with better weather.
