The Space:

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.



The sight from the lanai is stunning with gorgeous palm trees. Plenty of patio seating is arrange for you to indulge in the beauty of the sun setting behind the ocean. This is the quintessential home for your romantic getaway or visit with family as it can house up to 4 guests.



The home has been updated with a kitchen that has deep emerald countertops, and top quality stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any of your cooking desires. A built-in breakfast bar has seating for two, ideal for any guests who want to keep a conversation going with the chef - dine here or on the lanai with seating for 4 where you can take in ocean views. The panoramic views from the lanai offers a serene snapshot of the Hawaiian life to all whom decide to stay.



There are two plush chairs, a sofa, and coffee table in the living room to entertain guests. WIFI and an HD TV is readily available, as well as keyless entry into the unit. If it's warm outside, you'll stay cool inside with chilly central air conditioning. Catch a movie on TV or just lounge and spend quality time with your loved ones. The sofa functions as a Queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional space.



Around the corner is the master bedroom. The master bedroom showcases a King-sized bed, mounted TV, doors to the lanai, and a bathroom. Leave the lanai doors open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves gently crashing below. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and large vanity.



Relaxation is very easy at this marvelous home. Spend time inside or check out the other great amenities available. The housing complex has two pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, open parking, and an elevator.



• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

Details:

-The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

- Security Deposit: Refundable after the stay, pending inspection

- Utility Fee: Covers utilities for extended stays

- 30+ Nights: Required for long-term short-term vacation rentals

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.



Royal Sea Cliff Painting and Spalling repair Project to start 06/10/26. Phase 1 is expected to run through December 15, 2026. Important details:

• Phase 1 will include the exterior walls on the oceanfront area of the resort. There will be no need for unit interior access for this project. Painters will be outside unit windows and on unit lanais/sundecks.

• There will be intermittent noise during this project from the concrete spalling repair.

• This phase will impact units 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 214, 215, 312, 314, 315, 316, 415, 416, 417, 418.

• Please see attached timeline for an estimate of when painting and spalling repair will be outside these units.

• Painters will move from south (start 6/10/26 at 101) to north (end 12/15/26 at 215).
