Upon entering, the vibe is set with illuminated brilliance. All new heated tile floors keep everyone cozy. Complement the mood with your own playlist from the Sonos home sound system that plays throughout the home.
The newly designed stairway leads upstairs to an open-floor kitchen and great room. Culinary skills will soar offering state of the art new Viking appliances with island bar seating, accentuating the open design. Share exquisite cooking experiences with family and friends while watching sports or a favorite movie on the new flatscreen smart TV.
The dining area adjacent to the island provides plenty of natural lighting with views of shimmering Lake Tahoe. Contemporary, crisp furnishings captivate the adjoining living space in cozy creature comforts to read a book, sit by the fire, or take in the sunset from the deck. New Spirit Weber grill is primed for grilling.
The first-floor hosts two bedrooms (1 King/ 2 Queens) along with a beautifully designed hallway bath featuring Porcelanosa tile with heated floors. The 2 queen bedroom has door access to a walkout porch leading to the North Meadow. Tons of flat space to set up a game of cornhole, or badminton. The shimmering community pool is just steps away.
