ACCOMMODATIONS
• Bedrooms: The beach house boasts 5-Bedroom, (two with private full bathrooms). several cozy and comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to create a restful retreat. The soft supplied linens and soothing color palette ensure a good night's sleep after a day of beachside fun.

• Bathrooms: Total of 4-Bathrooms. The clean and modern bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, and quality toiletries, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

• Living Areas: The spacious open living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to gather. Whether you're enjoying a movie night, playing board games, or simply relaxing with a good book, the comfortable seating and airy atmosphere make it a perfect spot for family and friends.

From the moment you book until you check out, we are here to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We take pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards and ensuring that everything is perfect for your arrival.

Whole House Rental: Unlike other accommodations, our beach house offers you the luxury of space and privacy. You won't have to share the property with other guests, giving you the freedom to enjoy your vacation on your terms.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. Please consider this before making a reservation

4) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

7) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

8) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
