This property can comfortably sleep 2 per bedroom, except the dolphin room can also 4 (full over full bunk bed).. If you are above the occupancy reach out as we may be able to accommodate.

Unique home where you can enjoy a family vacation and each have as much or as little privacy as you want! The setup is such that this 5 bed 2 bath is setup that once you walk in the right side has its own kitchen, bathroom living room and 3 bedroom. If you turn left that space has its own kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.

THE BOATHOUSE

Designed to entertain an extended family stay!! A perfect place to stay with Extended family and still have your own privacy!!
This is a 5 bedroom 2 bath unit in our home. This space is unique that it is a perfect location to spend a vacation at the Jersey shore with extended family or friends! The Boathouse is designed so when you enter there are two individual “apartment” like spaces. If you proceed to the left there is a kitchen, living room, dining space, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. If you proceed to the right there is a separate kitchen, living room, one bath and two bedrooms. What a unique way to have your own individual space but enjoy spending your vacation with friends and family!! This is a one of a kind recently constructed property at the Jersey Shore!!
This home does have a separate unit in the back that could be rented together if you should need additional space for your vacation. However, keep in mind that there are shared spaces if the other unit is rented. The shared spaces include the Casino Pier Game Room, as well as the outdoor area.
This home is in a prime location, as it is on the last street of Seaside Heights and only a couple blocks to the boardwalk and beach. The property is also very convenient to stores and restaurants which allows you ease for parking y our car and walking. We also provide plenty of activities for rainy days! The property includes WiFi, streaming TV for you to long into your own steaming apps, outdoor grill, outdoor seating tables, and chairs, as well as a gem room equipped with a pool table, books, games and a lounge area. The property also includes complimentary beach badges (5), and air conditioning for those hot summer days.


We will be providing the following additional amenities.

* Beach buggy to cart all your items to/from the beach

Please keep in mind that while we strive to provide the beach chairs/umbrellas the quantity may vary depending on previous renters return of these items in good conditions. Any loss or damages to these items will incur charges.


AMENITIES:

We do provide shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! We also have a washer and dryer in the shared space (in the game room) for your use. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, please note that BEACH towels are not provided please pack your own.


SUMMER TIME: We provide 5 Beach badges complimentary to your stay for any beach access in Seaside Heights. Please keep in mind that anyone over the age of 12 needs a badge in order to access the beach.

***Pets are allowed with payment of the pet charge prior to check in. Please inform us that you have a dog after booking also, certain dog breeds are not allowed as per our homeowner insurance (Rottweilers, PittBulls, and Dobermans).***
*Seldomly power outages may occur, we do not make any refunds due to power outages outside of our control
**No smoking allowed inside our unit, if you smoke outside please be courteous as it is shared space with the other unit if rented.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished patio w/ gas grill- at times the propane tank may be empty, please note that the guest may have to refill the propane tank.

PETS
Pets are welcome, but there is an additional pet charge for your stay. The pet fee will be requested on your day of check in and must be approved prior to checking in. The Insurance restricts Pittbulls, Rottweilers and Doberman. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay.

ITEMS PROVIDED AT THE HOUSE
- Kitchen: One roll of paper towels, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, glasses, mugs, drip coffee machine, toaster, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash can with one extra bag in the bottom, glass cleaner, surface cleaner, broom/dustpan
- Bedrooms: comforter, pillows, clothing hangers, bed linen
- Bathrooms: Starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels
- Laundry: washer/dryer
- Other: BBQ Grill- propane tank is attached however, if it runs empty you can exchange it at the general store for another one. We do not provide the propane only the propane tank. NO CHARCOAL to be put inside the grill this is a propane grill.

- Other: propane tank is attached to grill but if it runs out you can exchange it at the local store.

TVs
There is one Tv in each living room that is a smart tv, It is NOT connected to cable for you to long into your own steaming apps. There is also one TV in the Sea Turtle room and another TV in the Anchor room.
TRASH
Guests are required to dispose of all trash in the trash receptacles located next to the house. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and bringing trash to the curb if their stay overlaps trash day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday Pickup) Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes prior to checkout.

Unit Bed Type Breakdown:

For unit A:
when you go to the left there are three bedrooms two queens (sea turtle room, and sand dollar room), and a full over full bunk bed (Dolphin Room).

When you go to the right there are two bedrooms they are both Queens( Anchor and Boat Rooms)

Must be over 25 yrs old to book.
2 car garage is not available to guests
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house
Property requires ability to climb stairs, access is up a flight of stairs.
