in the heart of Antigua Guatemala. This historic gem, decorated with exquisite pieces by
Guatemalan artisans, supports and celebrates local art. Situated just steps from cafes,
shops, and restaurants, the house offers a serene escape from the urban bustle. From the terrace, enjoy views of the Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego volcanoes. Breakfast, prepared by a

As you step through the doors, you're welcomed into a serene and open patio adorned with a
traditional fountain that is over 50 years old – a hallmark of Antiguan charm. You’ll find a
nicely decorated living room, incorporating a fusion of classic Antiguan style and modern
comfort, and you will also be able to see some paintings from an Antigueño artist. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped for all your needs.
Our home comfortably accommodates guests in its 3 cozy bedrooms. On the first level we have two bedrooms that provide easy access to the common areas, while on the second level, you’ll find two interconnected bedrooms sharing a bathroom – perfect for families or
groups seeking both privacy and connection.
The second level also opens on a beautiful terrace, offering stunning views of the
surrounding volcanoes. This outdoor space, coupled with the upstairs patio, serves as an ideal co-work spot for those who wish to blend productivity with the tranquility of Antiguan living, or simply enjoy the view, fresh air and sunlight.
