Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place, experience the colonial charm of Antigua from your private loft in Antigua a 10 min walk from the city's iconic cathedral our loft is a serene retreat offering a second level bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed while a sofa bed is available downstairs to accommodate additional guests, with 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, small patio to enjoy your morning coffee and washer/dryer tower.
layout: Our unique loft features an open concept living area on the main floor and a private second level bedroom.
Sleeping arrangements: the upstairs bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and on the main level a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs for your group to have plenty of space and privacy to get ready.
Kitchen and dining: the full well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, we provide all essential utensils, a full refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, toaster oven, blender.
We offer complimentary ground coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, jelly, bottled water to get you started.
Outdoor patio: A small private patio area provides a quiet outdoor space to relax with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience making longer stays a breeze we also offer complimentary detergent.
Parking space: we offer one on-site parking spot on a first-booked basis. If you require parking please let us know before or immediately after booking so we can confirm if the spot is still available, we also ask that you drive slowly and use caution when navigating the area and parking as the streets in our neighborhood are quite narrow.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private exclusive access to the entire loft apartment, the only shared area is the main entrance door/garage to the complex once inside, the loft is entirely yours.
you will receive a physical key for the main entrance, this will be available upon your arrival and the entrance to your loft features a digital lock. we will provide you with a unique door code via the Vrbo app shortly before you arrive alongside easy instructions on how to get to the property.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the loft, on the patio and on the rooftop. Any violation will result in an extra cleaning fee.
No Pets/Animals: Our loft is a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies.
No Parties or Events: please respect our neighbors and the quiet character of the blue house complex; disruptive gatherings are not allowed.
Our property is located in the charming, historic old town of Antigua and due to it's infrastructure can sometimes experience limited water and lower water pressure especially during major holidays or large town events when many visitors are in town, this may occasionally affect the water heater resulting in warm water rather than very hot water, this is a common issue in all houses in Antigua and unfortunately it's out of our control. The good news is that we have installed a private water reserve tank to help mitigate these town wide issues although in rare instances during extreme water shortages the pressure might still be lower than usual, if this were to happen during your stay we appreciate your understanding as it's something we can't control.
