Very nice spot! Great part of Nags Head… quite neighborhood. Check in was easy and house was really clean ( good supplies - soaps/ linens).House is accommodating and comfortable

Enjoyed every minute!

Woodies’ Retreat was wonderful in every way! Easy to reserve, excellent prearrival communications w/host, clean well equipped property, great proximity to beach and all Nags Head/OBX has to offer. We will definitely plan on a return visit soon!

Very clean and beautiful home. Very roomy and perfect if you want to bring a pet. We brought a couple and we were able to walk them down to the beach and let them enjoy the beauty of the area with us. Kitchen had all utensils needed to make meals and the washer and dryer are essential on a trip lasting more than a couple days. The screened in porch over the car port was probably our favorite thing about the house. It rained a good bit during our trip but we weren’t even upset because sitting on that screened in porch during a nice summer rain with a couple drinks was an experience I’d like every day. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Right off the main drag so finding stores and restaurants was very easy. Overall, we will be back!

The house was in great shape, clean, and full of necessary housewares to make our stay convenient. The owner is accessible and responsive. It’s right off the street from both the beach and shops/entertainment, and was comfortable enough if you’re stuck home with bad weather. Would both recommend and visit again next year!

We were extremely disappointed in our stay and very confused as to how the reviewers and pictures did not represent the actual property. We have serious concerns about this rental, which include stains all over the carpet,(including one that looked like blood or vomit) black mold in our closet, and it was so poorly outfitted for guests that we had to buy so many things, including basic needs like salt and pepper, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) The location is amazing but the house is in very poor condition. We made the best of it, let the rental company know, and hope that they make the needed updates and cleaning that is needed.
