Also, the refrigerator has a fresh water filter.

No parties/events allowed:$150-per-person fee applies to broken rules. Hallway-facing Ring camera is installed. Do not block or tamper with camera. We are as serious about respecting the space and neighbors as we are about you enjoying your stay. You will incur a $250 charge for a lost/damaged/unreturned key / parking pass.
