This BRAND NEW construction has all the bells and whistles in the modern kitchen fit for a chef! From our induction stove with pot filler to the touch-screen smart microwave and oven, the kitchen has all you need to cook up a fantastic meal for your family and has that open feel for entertaining everyone while your doing it! A large family dining table that expands to seat 10 is exactly what you are looking for when booking your family holidays. Comfortable furnishings throughout the main floor and large stone hearth give you a warm cozy feel while watching TV or catching up on game night with everyone. Right on the main floor you have a 3/4 wrap porch that has a gas grill for cookouts and outdoor dining for those nice warm days to enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Rocking chairs and a gliding bench on the front covered porch are great spots to cozy up and read or relax when its raining.

The main floor also hosts your beautiful king master bedroom and ensuite bath with a large soaker tub and huge glassed-in shower, don't forget your bath bombs and salts because you will want to enjoy this feature! Laundry and a half bath also are available on the main floor. Upstairs has two large guest bedrooms sleeping up to 6 additional guests each bedroom with its own ensuite full bathroom as well! A large papasan chair fit for an afternoon nap or a great natural light reading spot sits up in the loft as well.

The namesake of the cabin is the massive basement game room and lounge area! A tri-game table with mini pool, foosball, and air hockey and a big screen TV lounge area greet you at the base of the stairs. But we're just getting started! In the next area is a dart board, sit-down arcade machine with hundreds of classic games to play, and Skiball! In the next room you have a large outdoor bin that has cornhole boards, a large Jenga set, and pickleball paddles to enjoy at the neighborhood pickleball courts and swimming pool! Then out your back sliding door on the game room basement level is another patio where your 6-person hot tub awaits you with a nice wooded/golf course view. You also have a full bath available in the basement.

Best of all, at It's All Fun and Games, we are dog-friendly, with a food and water bowl, a doggie bed, and treats waiting for our fur friends to join you on your vacation!

ACTIVITIES
Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March1-June 15 and Fall October - November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
