The home is beautiful and has so many extra details thought through by the hosts! The kitchen is fully equipped and even had seasonings, oils and so many extras we were not even expecting. Owner was easy to contact and responded within minutes when we had a question. Location is excellent for walking to Camp Watercolor or biking to Seaside. We made beautiful memories with our grown children and grandbabies this week that will last a lifetime ! 10 out of 10 on this home!

One of my favorite houses we’ve ever rented! Would highly recommend. Quiet area. I loved that the street lights were dim and none of the neighbors had party lights that stayed on all night. I like it dark and quiet when I sleep! Everything is beautiful in this house and in watercolor. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool toys in the outdoor closet. Comfy beds. Short distance to the pool with the lazy river. Owners were quick to respond via text when we had questions.

Gorgeous House in Peaceful Watercolor

This is an absolutely gorgeous house nestled in the heart of Watercolor. The tennis courts are a short walk and beach a short bike ride away. The kitchen is well stocked and the farm table welcoming to big family and friend gatherings. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I hope to be back soon!

Fantastic home and great stay

Amazing week at Watercolor

We absolutely loved staying at this house! Mary Lee and Ken were so helpful and responsive anytime we needed something. The home was absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our two families and five young kids. The location was ideal because we could walk to Camp Watercolor and were still just a short golf cart ride to the beach club. We can’t wait to go back and stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

161 Red Cedar Way - Watercolor

We had a fabulous vacation at Mary's home. The house is beautiful! Two big Master suites (one on the first floor), a darling bunk room that sleeps 4, and two additional bedrooms. The house was also immaculately clean and very well stocked with whatever you need. Steps away from Camp Watercolor, walking distance to the tennis club, and a short distance to Watercolor Beach Club. It's the perfect home to rent for a family.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

This home is very much as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We had a wonderful stay and its location to both Camp and a trolley stop made travel throughout the neighborhood very easy. The younger girls on the trip were elated by the TV’s in their bunks and the home served us well during our stay! The outdoor spaces, especially the screened in porch were heavily used - especially on rainy days and the layout worked well to connect us all during our stay!

Absolutely stunning house!!! Watercolor is gorgeous and our kids loved biking to the pools and beach. The house was spotless, so beautiful and such a great place for a family trip.

Spring Break

My friend and I had the BEST getaway with our 5 kids (ages 6-10). We were RIGHT by Camp Watercolor so we felt really comfortable with our boys riding around on their own and they loved the new independence. The house was amazing and immaculate with everything we needed. The chairs, beach toys were fantastic and there was a ton to choose from. Just make sure to book your golf cart since they house doesn't come with one. We'll for sure be back!

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay. House was beautiful and in a great location. There were a few things that need to be cleaned/fixed - the front doors were different to lock and keep locked, the sofas could use a good cleaning, the upstairs shower drained very slow, multiple toilet paper holders had fallen off from the wall. All minor things and did not impact our stay, but it would be nice if they were fixed. I highly recommend this property and we will def stay at this house again!

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is truly one of the most beautiful homes I have seen. Everything in the home - from the decor, appliances, even the Dyson vacuum cleaner - is what you would want for your own home! The location of the house is in close proximity to Camp Watercolor and the field with the soccer and volleyball nets. We had so much fun playing sports with other families in that area. Watercolor provides a tram service if needed. The house was in a private area but was a close bike ride to the shops at Seaside and Watercolor. It was also very close to the Publix. So many extra things were provided for use, like bicycles, beach chairs, tent and beach toys. The homeowner was so personable and provided her cell number for us to contact her at any time with questions. It was the perfect vacation for our family of 11, including 4 teenagers, 1 child and 6 adults! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Beautiful and Well-Kept Home

This home was perfect for our beach trip with adults and children. We cooked in most nights, and the kitchen was fabulous with upscale appliances. We used all of the main level porches regularly when needing to spread out, and that was an unexpected plus for our group. The older kids loved being able to walk to fish at a pond only two houses away! The convenience to walk to the Camp Watercolor field and pool was a major benefit as well. The owner was an excellent communicator although we rarely had to reach out because we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!
