Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Close to Tampa Tournament sportsplex. Neighborhood is in an upgrading condition.

Very clean, beautifully remodeled and decorated. Neighborhood very quiet; in a rebuilding/clean up phase. My only suggestions: please provide more/better pillows and towels. Make sure you pack shampoo, conditioner and soap- that was not provided as I expected.

Very nice place to stay!!

The second we walked in, you could tell the whole place was freshly cleaned. It smelled so good! The place was super nice and we loved the layout. The host was nice and quick to respond. She even let us check in 2 hours early. This was one of my favorite stays ever. Would definitely return!

Such a beautiful small home!

I really enjoyed my time here. I gotta say next time I know not to bring my own pots, dishes and utensils because this place had it all and they were not scratched or anything. You can tell the owner put work into this home in remodeling it and making sure you have everything you need in that kitchen. Loved the remodeled bathroom and the whole place smelled brand new and it was so clean. I will definitely add this home to my list next time I come back since I need a place twice a month if it’s available. :)

This cozy home is a gem! The location was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues and felt safe. The home looks exactly like all the advertised pictures. The owners did an excellent job on cleaning and presentation. The home is immaculate. All through out the home are fresh scents. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for an extended stay. We were there for a week and utilized the kitchen frequently. The fridge does have an icemaker. Each living area has a television. The entire home has been redone and done in good taste. I enjoyed the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee. The only disadvantage was the washer and dryer were not to be used. The host was a pleasure and assisted with all request that were asked. They quickly responded to my messages. I would definitely recommend this small charming cozy home if you are in the area!

We had issues getting into the unit becasue the instructions where not clear. We could not get ahold of the owner by phone, VRBO message or ring the doorbell as stated. We had to call VRBO and they conferanced us in. A huge Christmas tree was still up in the small living room. Roosters in the neighborhood and 2 pitbulls that are kept outside barking does not make for a quite location. The dishwasher (not allowed to use) was turning on by itself even with the door open.
