Nice and clean room at a great location. The building is well-staffed and very secure. The only downside is that the room stays very warm at night - the AC does not run great.

Thanks for your review. I kept trying to reach you to check if everything was ok but never received your response. As owners, we spend a lot of time in the unit so I can safely say that you didn't set up AC correctly.

Surprise, surprise!

Who ever encountered a Nespresso Coffee machine on their arrival from a 12 hour flight with no coffee pods? We did. No hot water kettle to make tea and no tea bags either. No balconey and a parking spot for your rental car below the restaurant exhaust.fan@

I now wonder why I gave you a good review when in the back of my mind I knew you were going to be rude. As #1 no where in the listing does it say that coffee pods are provided. Privately owned and rented units are not an all inclusive hotel! You also forgot to mention that to rectify your complain you had coffee paid by US at Stakeouts restaurant at the 2nd floor of the building. On top of that, my clear instructions were to park anywhere in the parking area with the yellow dot but YOU choose to park under the exhaust unit. Balcony is not advertised in the listing so next time, I'd suggest that you read the description of a rental unit. And yes- no kettle and no tea bags! But a pot to boil water in. And again- not a hotel but privately owned unit. Its sad that people like you are making beautiful and top notch destinations and properties look like crap but you didn't bother sending your apology for leaving blood all over the bedding in such a beautiful apartment!

Breathtaking Views!

I absolutely loved this property! It was just as listed! Clean & conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and activities. The view from the room was exceptional! The check in process was seamless. Once I entered the room, I had noticed there was no toilet tissue, so I reached out to the owners and they were very quick to respond and even compensated me with a drink at the bar for my slight inconvenience! The bar is located downstairs on the 2nd floor, next to the pool. (So convenient) Yes! Thank you! The perfect beginning of my little birthday getaway! The staff on property were very kind and welcoming. I would definitely visit this property again! (Hopefully, soon!) .
