Hi, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The family who visited is actually the next group scheduled to stay at the property. They had been here once before, so they were already familiar with the place. They mentioned they might stop by again, but I wasn’t aware they did so during your stay, as I was away that weekend. Regarding the bathroom window, there is a curtain provided, but it does need to be closed manually. We’ll make sure to either keep it closed going forward or leave a note as a reminder for guests. Also, just to reassure you, the window and patio is located at the very back of the property, with no nearby houses or foot traffic, so it is quite private and safe.
