Single level home contains kitchen, two living areas, dining area, two bathrooms, four bedrooms. All bedrooms have a private patio door with access to the backyard and pool and blackout blinds. Large backyard space with pool.

No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.

No parties/events (this includes no additional set-ups of bounce houses)
No smoking inside the home(outside is OK)
No pets ($500 fine)
No additional guests on property
No shoes in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are all carpet so I kindly ask no shoes be worn to ensure cleanliness for you and future guests. Thank you.
