This exceptional townhouse boasts an unbeatable location and spans three thoughtfully designed levels, offering both privacy and comfort. The stylish décor, natural wooden flooring, and carefully curated details create a warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant ambiance.
The ground floor invites you into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly flowing into a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The living space exudes style and comfort, featuring two plush sofas, cozy armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a selection of books, board games, and even a charming piano. Large glass doors open onto a beautifully designed, fully furnished garden - perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The elegant dining area comfortably seats six, creating the ideal setting for memorable meals.
The sleek kitchen is thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the appliances you need to create delicious dishes with ease.
Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find the luxurious en-suite Master bedroom, complete with a super king-size bed, ample storage, and a serene ambiance. For added convenience, this floor also features a separate toilet.
On the second level, two impeccably designed bedrooms await: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double. The first bedroom is en-suite and includes a flat-screen TV, while both rooms offer dedicated workspaces and generous storage. This floor also boasts a stylish bathroom with a relaxing bathtub - perfect for unwinding.
Every bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens, and the bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and premium toiletries, ensuring a touch of luxury throughout your stay.
The beautiful garden is fully furnished and perfect for outdoor activities, featuring a BBQ, an outdoor gym, and two bicycles ready for your use.
Before your arrival, the house will be meticulously cleaned to the highest standard, ready to welcome you for a comfortable and memorable experience.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
