Great host! Beautiful home! Everything was exactly like it was pictured! Great neighborhood! My family enjoyed the pool all day into the evening before we ended the evening in the comfortable beds! Will definitely book again and I would recommend this home and host to everyone I know!

I wish I actually got to stay! This host refused my reservation on the day I was supposed to check in because of a discrepancy in the VRBO algorithm. Even after pleading and clearing up the discrepancy with VRBO this host continued to refuse my stay. Absolutely ridiculous and they were severely unreasonable. A completely ridiculous situation left me stranded.

This review leaves out an important fact: the reservation could not proceed because there was a discrepancy with the booking information that required resolution before check-in. We are required to follow platform and reservation verification requirements and cannot simply ignore inconsistencies because a guest is already en route. While we understand the frustration, portraying the situation as the host arbitrarily “refusing” the stay is inaccurate. The decision was based on unresolved reservation requirements, not personal preference or unwillingness to host.

The property was fine but the host / affiliate was extremely hard to work with. The pymt is split into 3 segments to multiple parties. Tried really hard to get some overarching info and assuranced to no avail. The host cancelled my 1st rental while we were on the phone the first time tryna make sense of the confusion. Ever person including mgmt on the 2nd 48 min call was ESL and couldnt understand / respond to simple questions / concerns. Weve never had the split pymt in 50 vbros. Never has it required 40 interactions to rent a prop. It felt more like an aggressive bill collector than a host. Super slow, confusing, suspicious process w way too many steps..each of which had to be individually coaxed outta the host. No forms to simplify questionnaire(s). Weird transaction altogether. Still not 100% convinced it was legit
