Fantastic Place

We had an amazing time — everything was really good. The villa was clean, tidy, and exactly as advertised. We especially appreciated that it was all on one level, which meant our daughter, who uses a wheelchair, could be fully included in the holiday. The location was also fantastic. Being able to walk to the pub at the entrance of the community without needing to get in the car was a rare and welcome bonus for Orlando

We go to Walt Disney World and Universal often and this was the most convenient location we have stayed outside the resorts! Very nice place and relaxing!

Great visit on a staycation/family trip from Tampa. Host(s) / property manager were very responsive. Initially "alamed" by pool alarm/button system in place however after one mishap and the hosts being immediately responsive, the issue was resolved. House was very clean, pool heating system required some maintenance but hosts immediately were able to send assistance. Overall, we had a great experience and would return if staying in the area again

We have had the best time staying here so far! From the moment we walked in, it instantly felt like home. The villa is really spacious, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday without any stress or worry. The private pool was definitely the highlight for us, it was amazing to have it all to ourselves especially after long days at the Disney Parks! Everything about the place made it so easy to feel at home. It's in a great location too, close to everything you might want to do, but still peaceful enough that you can just enjoy the quiet when you're back at the villa. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better stay so far!!

We love this location

This is our second time staying in this neighborhood on vacation. It's pretty easy to get to and we can deal with the traffic. The house had some challenges, but nothing that impacted us to bad. The host was very nice and attentive.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the villa was flawless! The villa itself was immaculate — spotless, beautifully presented, and even the towels and linens felt fresh and high quality. The games room was a huge hit, and all the appliances were simple to use (even for our teenagers!). The community was just as lovely — secure, welcoming, and full of charm. Neighbors greeted us while walking their dogs, and we even paused to let a tortoise cross the road! This truly felt like a 5-star experience, and we'd return in a heartbeat. Honestly, we wish we could live here

Nice house with quiet neighborhood

This place was perfect for our family of 4 humans and 1 pet. It is in a convenient location; close to parks, groceries, restaurants, and easy access to multiple highways. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We enjoyed seeing / hearing all the wildlife in the back yard. The management company / maintenance were so nice to me (user-error on the door-lock). We would love to stay here again, or in any of the other properties they manage. Thank you very much, for having us!
