Stunning and elegant pool villa private to you. Approx 15 minutes from San Juan airport (SJU), amazing beaches of Isla Verde & Condado, Old San Juan, and nightlife of La Placita. Situated in an exclusive access-controlled neighborhood of Guaynabo close to fine restaurants and shopping. Ubers are cheap and convenient from here! Ideal place if you appreciate a safe, quiet and beautiful upscale location, away from loudness.
Equipped with the most modern power generator and water backup system.
Sleeping Arrangements:
All Bedrooms are on the second floor of the villa:
1) Master Bedroom has one King bed, with en-Suite full bathroom: sleeps 2 guests
2) Second Bedroom has two Queen beds: sleeps 4 guests
3) Third Bedroom has one King Bed: sleeps 2 guests
4) Fourth Bedroom has two Queen beds: sleeps 4 guests
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, cutlery, plateware, glassware, utensils, fridge, stove & oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and coffee maker.
Bathroom #3: This bathroom is adjacent to the pool area. Please note. the shower here is an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower DOES NOT provide privacy as it is an outdoor shower intentioned for rinsing before and after entering the pool. There is cold and hot water at this shower . The toilet and sink area at the pool area do provide privacy.
Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior-only cameras. These cameras are installed throughout the exterior perimeter of the property, including the pool area, pool, pool deck, pool outdoor shower.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: There is no smoking of any kind inside the property. A violation of this shall result in an immediate $995 claim charge against your credit card within the platform. Smoking inside the property will require us to hire a smoking odor sanitation company, to sanitize all of the furnishings throughout the home. Given the size of the property the company provides this service to us for $995. (You are welcome to smoke outside in the pool area, however, picking up smoke buds an cigarette residue from pool area/garden area, our cleaning company charges an extra $100, and we will pass this charge to you.)
Guest access
Guest have full access to the property during their stay.
Guests will not have access to the garage of the property. However, you are able to park in the 2 car driveway, directly in front of the garage door, and you are able to park on the street, directly in front of the property.
Additionally, the pantry door in the kitchen, will be locked , and guests do not have access to this.
Other things to note
The following rules are for the enjoyment and safety of all guests in the property, and in consideration to our neighbors:
1. POOL HOURS: 8am-10pm. Music is not allowed in the pool area after 9pm, NO EXCEPTIONS! Amplified music (loud speaker/loud music) is not allowed at anytime of the day.
2. The pool and pool area are for the relaxation and enjoyment of all checked-in guests, but please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests on the property. Parties are not allowed.
3. EXCESSIVE NOISE, SCREAMING, YELLING, AND EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANYTIME in respect of our neighbors.
4. Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house and in the pool area. Outside guests are not allowed without written approval of us.
5. Our pool is for your enjoyment. You swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Please care for children and elders at all times.
6. Before getting in the pool, please wash off any sand at the outdoor shower. For your convenience, there is also a pool area bathroom.
7. No diving.
8. QUIET HOURS: There is zero tolerance for excessive noise after 9pm and a violation of this can result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
9. TRASH: Guests are responsible for picking up all trash in pool area. There are multiple trash bins (directly in front of the garage door) on the front of the property so you can dispose of all trash. A violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fee charged to guest.
10. We may allow your well- mannered small and medium size pet with a maximum weight of 50 pounds, but it must be approved by host in writing first. Guests must agree with Pet Policy, which will be sent upon request. Subject to $200 fee for one pet.
11. Turn off all A/C units, TVs, and lights at check-out.
12. We are not responsible for unavoidable situations that may happen during your stay, such as meteorological conditions; no reimbursements will be made. We have the lastest technology industrial power generator. Should there be an interruption in power on the island, our generator turns on within the first minute. We also have a water back up system in case of water loss on the island.
Important: Guests are responsible for paying the electricity bill based on monthly consumption. This amount will be billed separately and must be paid in full before check-out.
13. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE PROPERTY, nor pool area without specific written approval. NO FILMING ON PREMISES, approval must be in writing via the platform. It must be arranged at least 72 hours prior to arrival, and will be subject to additional fees.
14. We are proud to inform you that our property is solar sustainable, utilizing solar panels for hot water. While this eco-friendly feature allows us to minimize our environmental footprint, we want to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please note that due to the nature of solar heating, the availability and temperature of hot water may fluctuate, especially during periods of high demand, such as when multiple showers are taken consecutively or during rainy weather or unsunny days.
15. We have a strict Check-in/Check-out policy. This is necessary to create a clean and healthy experience for all guests. Early and Late check-outs may be possible (not guaranteed) and subject to an additional $50 per hour or the cost of an additional night, whichever is less. Early and Late checkouts must be requested in advance, are subject to availability, and fees must be paid in advance of allowing the early check-in, or late check-out.
Disclosures:
Management/ the host, keeps a live/work office on-site via a private entrance. Management's office does not interfere with Guest's private use of the home. The front exterior hallway of the home, is the same hallway that is used by our employees/host to access the work/live space. At any point, an employee may access the office, or the host may access this space.
