Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Pre-Arrival Requirements: Before arrival, guests must complete our secure pre-arrival form and agree to the rental terms to receive check-in information.

DOG POLICY: Dogs are welcome, maximum 3. Pet fees are charged separately when the booking platform does not collect the applicable fee.

• 1st dog: $30/night for the first 8 nights, maximum $240
• 2nd & 3rd dogs: $10/night each for the first 8 nights, maximum $80 per dog
• $8 pet administration fee applies at booking
• Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and are not charged a pet fee.

AUTHORIZATION HOLD: All reservations require a temporary $200 authorization hold before check-in. This is not an upfront charge; it temporarily reserves available credit, similar to a hotel incidental hold. Funds may be captured only when permitted under the rental terms for covered charges such as property damage or qualifying violations. The hold is released after checkout according to the disclosed terms and your financial institution’s processing time.
