Get ready to relax in this lovely new 3-bedroom chalet in Hayward. This serene retreat is located on a 26 acres with a 4 acre man made water feature at the center. We are 2 miles from town and right next to all activities Hayward has to offer. This house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a futon for extra sleeping, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like Central heat/AC, WiFi, Gas Fireplace, Washing Machine and much more, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 4 acre man made water feature is a clear water swimmable water feature with 4 separate beach areas. We just got done dredging and are in the middle of getting all of the recreation area's going, it is still a work in progress so bear with us but things are shaping up. Pictures will be updated soon.

Pine Cone Pond is a new development featuring 26 acres with walking paths, water areas and nature all around. The snowmobile and 4 wheel trails systems are right across the street as well as the birkie and biking trails just 3 miles away for quick access. We are in process of adding additional houses so we will be able to accommodate larger groups by summer 2025. We also have numerous options available as well for additional needs in the area. This is a new listing for us but we are premier host with years of experience.

The house was perfect for our 3 night stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. We were close enough to everything but on a quiet pond away from noise. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. If we go back to the area we will very likely stay again.

I grew up in a small lake community in Northern Minnesota and enjoyed boating, snowmobiling and biking. After graduating high school I moved to the twin cities and started my career in the boating industry. Living in the cities was great but I missed the small town feel with lakes and activities to do. We ended up purchasing our first place in Hayward in 2014 and moved up here a few years later. Part of our love of being hosts is to bring families together and provide experiences that hopefully last a lifetime. We try to provide everything possible that hopefully makes everyone's experience great. Our attitude is to treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. We are very easy to work with and have a lot of guest that reach out for future needs as we have many options to accommodate. We hope we will have the chance to help everyone with their vacation needs.

Location, location, location! This is probably one of the best locations period in the area. All the trails are near by, lakes down the road and the river 1400' away. The town is only 2 miles away with quick access to all of the options Hayward has to offer. The main made pond is a great feature and gives you the sense of tranquility. With the size of the property you will have a ton of space so that you have the feeling of being away from it all.
