The main deck with its Polywood dining table and market umbrella is the natural midday hub — shaded, facing the open air, gas grill at the ready. When the afternoon sun peaks, the open-concept living room with its queen sleeper sofa and large Smart TV becomes the cool retreat. And evenings belong to the master suite deck: that expansive Gulf view, the garden tub waiting inside, the whole family settled into their own corners of the home — king suite upstairs, queen with trundle down the hall, sofa for whoever needs it. This is what beach time is supposed to feel like.



The main level is spacious, light-filled, and impeccably finished — a custom kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish buffet for extra storage, and a breakfast bar with three barstools opens into a dining area and generous living room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, all flowing out to the large main deck with Polywood dining table, market umbrella, and gas grill. The queen guest bedroom with trundle and its own balcony is on this level, along with a full guest bath.
