A Piece of Our Harte Retreat/Modern Multi-Family Getaway

Located 1/2 mile from downtown Twain Harte, A Piece of Our Harte Retreat is a five-bedroom home that accommodates the largest of family gatherings. Enjoy 2 master suites, gourmet kitchen, new pellet stove, open floorplan concept, outdoor bbq and seating area, game zone in garage, central heat and air, and EV charging!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
With Five Bedrooms this retreats comfortably sleeps 10 people. The two master suites and guest bedroom upstairs all have King beds. There is a bunk room closest to the living room with a set of twin bunks and a single twin bed. There is plenty of room for a pack-n-play for the little ones. The 5th bedroom is downstairs across from the garage and features a twin size daybed with a pullout trundle which provides room for a bonus, 11th person.

An extra person fee of $30 per person per night is charged for any guest count in excess of 10. If your group includes more than 10 guests, you will need to provide your own sleeping bags/linens for the additional people.

This cabin opens to the living room which is appointed with cozy furniture, a new pellet stove and a 75 inch Samsung Frame TV. This TV lets you enjoy your favorite streaming service. The sound is enhanced with a sound bar. Smart Tv's have been installed in each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room. The bedrooms TV's range from 55" to 58". All Tv's are 4k capable.

Ample windows provide plenty of warm natural light along with a bench sitting area for your quiet mornings.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and kitchenware to accommodate groups of up to 12. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a gas range, insta-pot, air fryer, stand mixer, plenty of cooking utensils, and wet bar.

Off the dining room is a beautiful deck with outdoor seating for 10 plus a gas BBQ that is plumbed directly to the house for easy grilling.

Downstairs is the garage and 5th bedroom. Garage features a game zone equipped with air hockey and an arcade game for hours of fun! EV Charger is located in the garage along with 3 parking spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accommodate checkouts on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. If this information is overlooked before booking, we will ask that you please cancel on your end as this is notated in our listing.

PET POLICY:
We allow pets at the cabin. $200 non-refundable fee. 2 dogs max. We do not allow pets on the furniture at any time. Dogs are not to be left alone at the cabin at any time. If your dog has excessive hair that requires additional cleaning you will be charged an additional cleaning fee starting at $200. If your dog has an accident on the carpet you will be charged for carpet cleaning/replacement.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All linens, laundry detergent/bleach/dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent/dish soap+a new sponge for each guest, one roll of new toilet paper per bathroom per night of your stay, shampoo/conditioner, one garbage bag per night of your stay. Have any additional questions? Don't hesitate to ask!!

Wildlife Advisory
As your getaway is nestled in the heart of nature, it’s common to encounter local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, raccoons, and occasionally bears. While these animals are part of the charm of mountain living, it’s important to take precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:

Secure Food & Trash: Always store food indoors and dispose of trash in sealed bins. Avoid leaving any food or scented items outside, as they can attract wildlife.
Stay Aware: If you encounter wildlife, observe from a distance. Do not approach, feed, or interact with animals.
Keep Doors Closed: Close doors and windows when not in use to prevent animals from wandering inside.
Pets: If you’re bringing pets, keep them on a leash and supervised at all times.
By respecting the local wildlife, you’ll help preserve the natural environment and ensure your safety during your stay.

EV Charger: Level 2, 40 amp EV charger available for guest use. Tesla owners will need to have a J1772 to NACS adapter.
