This place had everything we needed for having great time. Clean, close to the restaurants, kitchen utensils and the best part… private access to the beach which is just across the street. Definitely worth returning

Our first time visiting Miramar this rental was perfect, clean and beautiful . Liked that it was the 1st floor close to the beach and pool. Communication was great instructions were clear. I recommend for families, friends, or couples. Also, there’s a cooler and beach supplies if you forget yours.

Our condo was super nice! Everything was clean & organized. It had everything we needed. Loved the property.Would recommend a better railing on the top bunk. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch because there was not much security on the top bunk. Thankful we had the pull out couch option though!!

Great condo

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days mid March and the condo was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved how easy it was to walk across the street to the beach and that there were lots of close shops and restaurants within walking distance or a very quick drive. The property manager was excellent and answered all our texts quickly. We would definitely stay here again. The complex was very chill and peaceful.

Erik and Megan have made being at the beach a beautiful experience …. Their condo is spectacular and the amenities at Seacove are great as well! It was a welcomed break from the craziness of being busy at home in Texas! We will be staying here again. Cannot say enough about Seacove and Dwight who went above and beyond this week. The minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable and at home.

The minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable and at home. We wanted a 1st floor condo and we are so glad we picked this one. The whole visit here really exceeded our expectations. The area is low key and doesn't seem to be party central which is good for us since we have small kids. The beds were comfy, clean and we loved the back patio where we had coffee every morning. Location is also perfect, the pool and beach are very close. We look forward to coming back and we will sure recommend this condo with out questions. Thank you!!! Dwight was very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly & easy to work with.

Topeka Music Stay

Lovely remodeled ground floor condo in a quaint older style complex. Very convenient for our daily music festival in Seascape. Condo complex maintenance and RealJoy agents are not on same page. We were not given a code to enter the property nor a code to access the beach. Communicating to get the code was not very easy.

There is so much to say about how wonderful SeaCove 6a is!! We had not even finished our time there

There is so much to say about how wonderful SeaCove 6a is!! We had not even finished our time there and had already started planning our return. The condo is absolutely the best we have ever stayed in. It is so clean, so well organized, fully stocked, cutely decorated... We are in love with it!! Everything you need is already there; plenty of seating inside and out, very nice private laundry room right outside your door and all the accessories you need to have the best day at the beach. The pool is fabulous for all ages, the grandbabies loved it, and even the walk to the beach was doable with 3 kids under 2!! Words cannot describe how great this place is. The community, the pool, the grounds, the beach, the experience and the memories made with our family. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a great place with us!!

They had a wagon, beach chairs, and a cooler in the laundry room - would’ve been good to know before we brought our own!Overall it was a fantastic experience - realjoy was great and helpful. Only complaint: the floors turned our feet black when we arrived. They sent cleaners back out to reclean them the next morning but it still didn’t get very clean as our feet still turned black and the baby who only crawled inside the VRBO had black knees and tops of her feet. Luckily we brought “Force of Nature” and just cleaned it ourselves at that point but they did offer to send cleaners back again. Otherwise, super close to the private beach, everything was nice and comfortable. The showers outside the pool were great for rinsing sand off before jumping in the pool or actually showering. The pool was also great. Appliances were easy, TV had Netflix on it if you signed in. Would definitely come back.
