Hi Alysha, thank you for staying with us and giving us good feedback! The solar lights on deck stairs is an addition to the sound controlled lights(which are bit away from the deck stairs), unfortunately the solar batteries don't work reliably, we are looking for some other solution(put on railings) to address the issue. For now the path to the backdoor with sound controlled lights should be a better way to enter the home when it's dark. The home has been a vacation home for a quite while(managed by another company earlier) and it has been loved by many families, we also got some marks from kids overtime and we plan to add some new paint to enhance in early May. Hi Susan, thank you for having stayed with us and for your feedback! I'm very sorry the home is not up to your standard and you didn't enjoy your stay. Your feedbacks are very important to us and we'll look into them seriously. I have talked to the home cleaner, she always put aluminum foil at the bottom of the stove to avoid grease getting on stove but she will look into it and thoroughly clean it in her next cleaning and we have scheduled a whole house deep cleaning. For bathroom condition you mentioned, I think you probably meant the few floor tile cracks, they are something we haven't got to yet as replacing one tile will most mean to replace the whole bathroom floor as new tile and older tiles won't match. Will get some quotes and look into it. BTW, the home was affected by hurricane Helene, we made quite some effort on recovering, like replacing the deck as you mentioned among others. On wall painting, the drawings are mostly from guests kids, we painted some walls in May and will do a full scope around later August and early September. You mentioned you didn't even use the hot tub due to the weather, after we address the issues I hope to welcome you to come back in a different season.
