Perfect getaway for a family of 6! The unit had everything you can think of and more! To all the kitchen appliances and tools you need, to beach chairs and toys! The host/management company was great and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this unit!

Highest marks. Communication was excellent. Courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness were on point. Beautiful complex (Commodore) with excellent amenities and proximity to restaurants, etc., but very quiet and chill. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Some furnishings (kitchen table, couch, mattresses) are ready to be replaced soon but this did not hamper our comfort or the wonderful time we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we can't wait to come back and hope to stay in this unit again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Commodore 503. The unit was clean and well appointed. The communication from our host was very good. To the point that we were notified the unit was ready for check in a few hours early. The location of Commodore is perfect for us as you can walk to St Andrews, Patches, Schooners, Deck Hand Social and others. It’s the quiet side of PCB and it’s the best place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

We stayed for a month and it was wonderful. Beach view was amazing, 5th floor is perfect, not too high but above the palm trees for a clear view of the beach. Great location, away from traffic but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery. The interior is really cute and the kitchen is well equipped with everything and more than we needed. Actually it has more kitchenware and small appliances than I have at home. Cabinets, countertops and appliances could be updated but was sufficient for our needs. Refrigerator has an ice maker which was a good surprise. Bathrooms are also dated and could use a refresh, but both toilets were replaced with new comfort height and slow close seats after the owner was made aware of the older toilets chain and flapper issues. Mattresses were very comfortable with very nice linens. Only suggestions for long term rental would be more comfortable sofa and loveseat and balcony furniture. It would be nice to have the taller chairs to sit and see over the railing. We saw dolphins many days and the best sunsets. Overall it was a great vacation, views, location and value for the money. This is my first time staying at this particular room, but I have been visiting The Commodore for nearly 10 years now. The room was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, and basic needs such as detergent and soap. The communication with the listing agent was easy to do, and they were always prompt replying. The grounds for the condo were well maintained, the pool, hot tub and kid pool were all clean and the chairs were nice quality. This particular unit also came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that were set up daily by a 3 party which was a huge convenience especially with two young children.Overall, we more than likely will be back next year for another visit and hopefully can stay here again!

excellent beach view. Could not figure out how to work any tv's. No local tv. Both dressers behind tv's had dust dirt and fuzz. Very dirty. Wicker night stand in guest bedroom had food all over it. Carpet didnt look like it was swept. the sides of both guest beds had alot of dirt and tags off clothes next to them. Ceiling fans were black with dirt.

The TVs do provide local channels and we would have been more than happy to send maintenance to assist with any TV issues or send housekeeping for cleanliness concerns. The guest that checked out the day before left a 10/10 review and we've never had complaints on this particular housekeeper. I'll be sure to share your feedback.
