This fantastic 5 Bedroom private pool home is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from the excellent facilities of the Solterra resort. There you will find a large pool, lazy river, Waterslide, tennis courts, fitness center and children's playground, This community is only a few miles from amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. You will find Disney only 12 miles away and Universal 20 miles from home.

When you enter the property, you will immediately be welcomed by the bright and airy space, and enjoy the feeling of space with its open plan layout.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you would need to chef up something memorable with use of a blender, toaster, and all important coffee machine! The modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances is perfectly positioned with views over the dining, living and pool area. Friends can pull up a stool at the breakfast bar and enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the family enjoy the private pool area.

The paved deck is an ideal space for lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather, and the Lanai area creates some much-needed shade. The outdoor shower and toilet are a welcome bonus outside, as is the screened pool cage which keeps the unwelcome bugs at bay!

This home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in the 5 bedrooms, each room with a unique, tasteful design and fresh clean linens.

The bedrooms are made up of the following:
Bedroom 1 - this bedroom is found on the ground floor and sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Complete with flatscreen and ensuite full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 - The disney fans amongst the group will be delighted with this Mickey mouse themed bedroom. with twin bunkbeds as well as a trundle twin bed, this room sleep 3 guests and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 - The room fit for a queen..... or king! be greeted by princesses in this disney inspired bedroom, made up of twin bunkbeds, and a twin trundle, sleeping up to 3 guests. This bedroom shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 4 - with a king bed, flat screen tv and En-suite bathroom, this room is always popular. Beautifully decorated and the ideal space to relax after a long day in the parks.

Bedroom 5 - last but by no means least, this bedroom houses a queen bed, flat screen smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.

For anyone wanting to take a break from the warm, sunny weather, head upstairs to the bonus space enjoy, sit back and enjoy a movie on the large tv or a game of air hockey with friends. This home really does have everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Please note there is parking for 2 vehicles at this property. BBQ hire and pool heat can be arranged for an additional cost. This property has a ring doorbell camera in use.
