We had a great family gathering & loved the openness of the great room, the good quality ping pong/pool/ foos ball games, etc & the lovely property area. The place is in good shape & the long table allowed for being together for meals & crafts! Thanks for a great getaway spot!

Property is beautiful. Nice views and wonderful firepit. We were pleasantly surprised the indoor fireplace was wood burning.The kitchen had just about everything we needed although a larger coffee pot would have been appreciated.The things that disappointed us were:- There were 4 bathrooms but 1 was a half bath on the second floor which is where 3 of the 4 bathrooms are. One bathroom is ensuite with the downstairs bedroom. The other 2 bathrooms were downstairs so people had to bring their clothes down to take a shower.- One section of the pool table is blocked by a large pilar so making shots there was difficult. And, there would be a fine if we moved the furniture. - The ping pong table was right next to the couch so getting to some shots was very difficult.- I texted Jose because there was no electricity in one of the bathrooms. Jose replied with how to reset a breaker which worked. It would have been nicer to have a note someplace about some of the idiosyncrasies. - The electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms was out of the wall.Overall, it was a nice place. It's sad that some guests must have moved the furniture and not put it back because the instructions were explicit about not moving the furniture.

The cabin was clean and smelled nice. The air conditioning and fans worked well. We loved the common area that was big enough for a large group and the gigantic dining table. The kitchen was large and accommodating, with some of the equipment and tools showing their age. Be aware that this house has only has one fridge even though two are pictured. There is also no drinking water dispenser like in the picture and the owner suggested bringing our own bottled drinking water. The private yard with no through traffic is great for large groups with kids to play outside. Ample parking and so many fun activities included!

This was a perfect place for multiple family gathering. We had a late Christmas gathering with our kids and 14 grandchildren. We loved the open space concept and all the games. We had our own tournament of champions with everyone. The large dining table was fantastic that we could all be in the same place together for meals. Even though we were staying here on the coldest day of the year with below zero temperatures, the kids still went outside and enjoyed themselves. We would love to come back again.

So much fun

Spacious, totally geared for family gatherings and fun! We enjoyed all of the fun provided - the playground, the outdoor connect four, pool table, foosball, pac-man, air hockey, blocks, ability to walk the property and enjoy the views of the river. Town adjacent and private and wonderful. We really loved this property.

Girls Weekend

This is a great retreat house, fantastic for groups, especially with kids. The outdoor property is private, with volleyball nets, soccer goals, kayaks with a boat launch and a firepit. There is a huge wrap around porch with tables and seating. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying a beautiful spring day.Inside the home it an upgraded cabin. Our group loves to cook and the kitchen is huge and well stocked! The living area is dramatic, with a pool table, air hockey table, and more games, along with seating for 10 around the fireplace. Our favorite part was the expansive dining room table. We had a few small issues the owner quickly addressed. Our ladies group had a great time and enjoyed the property !

Great property for our family reunion. The great room and kitchen accommodated us easily. Plenty of parking and a spacious deck for gathering. We also appreciated that it was wheelchair accessible.

I rented this property for my Girl Scout troop, summer trip. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the great room that had a pool table and air hockey table and a ping-pong table so they all could do things together and try different tables. The dining room table was just wonderful because everyone could sit together and enjoy our meals. The outdoor deck is big wraps around the whole house has the most beautiful view of the river. It was very relaxing to sit outside and just listen to all of the birds, no matter what time of day you were out there. The girls had fun trying to catch fireflies at night. Many of them had never seen the fireflies. The layout of the bedrooms was also very nice because all of the rooms were the same and held the same number of people so it was very easy to split up the group evenly.
