The backyard features a resort style pool with a new BBQ, + resort style putting green. Entertain your group in the backyard and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Plenty of seating to accommodate your large group!
Heated Pool:
Pool Heat: $65/day or $400/week (7 days) paid on abnb app.
We designed every inch of this house to make your stay enjoyable and cater to your every need. From the interior upgrades, to the custom backyard pool & putting green, this house is perfect for entertaining all guests while visiting Scottsdale. Over 85k in upgrades in this one of a kind Old Town Scottsdale home.
The house includes- one king size bed in the master bedroom, a second master bedroom with 2 queen size beds + a Chattahoochee convertible chair that sleeps 1, two more bedrooms with queen size beds to maximize comfort, plus a sectional couch in the living room which can sleep 2 comfortably.
Guests will be able to use the 65” HD TV with access to Roku and Slingbox. These devices connect you to Netflix, Hulu, AmazonVideo, and other popular accounts along with 30+ channels for your entertainment.
