The highly walkable and friendly neighborhood of East Passyunk is lined with indie boutiques, bars and cafes. Itâs home to traditional Italian restaurants, world-famous cheesesteak (Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's Steak, both open 24/7) spots and highly acclaimed eateries that have earned it a spot on Food and Wineâs list of 10 Best Foodie Streets in America. Visitors can pick up one-of-a-kind gifts at cute boutiques and independently owned shops, sip coffee or tea at local cafes.

There is street meter parking available near the house. Parking rules are block by block so you'll just need to pay attention to street signs. Usually, parking is regulated from 10 am to 10 pm with 3 hours of parking. It's about as good a parking situation you'll find if you want to be close to the center of the city. There is also a municipal parking lot nearby for ease of parking. Either way, you will find a spot.
If you are flying to Philadelphia, an Uber from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $5-$15.
1. No partying, smoking, pets, and noise after 10:00 PM.
2. Any illegal activity is prohibited.
3. Only registered guests are allowed in this unit unless authorized.
4. Accidents happen. Please notify me right away of any damages.
5. Please keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any damage that requires replacement will be charged at retail price.
6. Guest are responsible to pay for any damages done to the property. Replacement of any damaged/missing items.
7. Turn off TV, light, fan, AC/Heating and any other electronics when checking out.
8. Be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
9. There are security cameras in the public space such as the hallway etc. to monitor the safety of our guests.
10. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
