A Experience! Beautiful condo close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The owner was super helpful, she was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. The beds were really comfortable (I almost never say that about a rental or hotel) and we found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. She even had liquid handsoap at all the sinks which was a nice touch.

Four of us came down for the Corvette Expo. We needed something with good parking and close to the strip. The two king beds are always a filter for me, got to have them! The condo was great, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and also the balcony was the best for morning coffee, afternoon naps and evening sunsets! Host is very responsive, which is always appreciated!

The unit was clean. This was more of a nice apartment rather than a luxury condo. Maintenance and upkeep were lacking. Air conditioning did not work during our stay as it was almost 80 outside. Owner's response was it's 30 in New York why do you need air conditioning. Basic essential kitchen items were lacking example, cutting board, knife to cut vegetables, adult eating utensils. Utensils provided were great if you're 3 years old.

Pans that had Teflon peeling coming off in your food

Hi Jim, Regarding your stay from 02/17 to 02/25 in Pigeon Forge, I was a bit surprised when you mentioned needing the air conditioning. Since I live in the New York area, I had checked the weather forecast and saw that temperatures in Pigeon Forge were around 50–55°F, so I did not expect AC would be necessary at that time. However, once you informed me, I immediately contacted the property manager, and she arrived at the unit within 30 minutes — even though it was a weekend late afternoon. I always do my best to respond quickly and address any concerns as soon as possible because your comfort is important to me. As for the description of “luxury,” I understand that it can mean different things to different guests. Some may compare it to a 5-star hotel experience, such as a Sheraton. For me, luxury means providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space with new appliances, a new sofa, new flooring, and a mountain view from the balcony — all at a very competitive price. At $59 per night for your reservation, I believe it offers strong value for the quality and location. Regarding your other concerns, such as utensils and the cutting board, I will definitely follow up with my manager to make improvements. I truly appreciate you pointing these out, as feedback helps me continue to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us. We booked this property for a Spring Break trip for a family of 5. The condo itself is nice, spacious and the location is perfect. It is close to all activities, shopping, and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. The mountain views are beautiful. I gave this property an overall 3 star rating as we had several issues with cleanliness on check in. We checked in late so I did not notify the property owner until the next morning. The owner was very responsive and quickly had someone come address the issues. There was also a problem with the brown lady bugs but perhaps this was seasonal. I tried to contact the property manager (to avoid having to again bother the owner) about the AC not cooling and was told she no longer manages the property and there was no other property manager listed. So I ended up contacting the owner, who again was very receptive and made plans to address the problem. I feel a lot of the issues are due to there not being a property manager as I do understand the owners are not local to oversee the property.

Hi Tan, Thank you for your review and for bringing these issues to my attention. Central Air: I have already contacted a local HVAC company and ordered a brand-new Carrier central air unit, which is currently on the way. I was advised that the installation will take about four weeks to complete. Fortunately, the recent temperatures have been mild. I have informed the upcoming guests, and they are comfortable staying in the unit without central air for now since the weather is still cool. Mattress Cover: I have ordered two new mattress covers from Amazon, and my housekeeper will replace them tomorrow. Ladybugs: I contacted the building office and a local pest control service. They informed me that ladybugs are seasonal in this area, and the unit has already been treated. My current guest has also confirmed that they have not seen any ladybugs recently. Mold: Regarding the mold you mentioned, we have already completed several treatments. We will continue to monitor the situation, arrange additional treatment if necessary, and conduct further investigation. Thank you again for your feedback. I truly appreciate it, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Perfect location...so convenient. Although condo is on first floor, you would think you are on a much higher floor when on the balcony. View is great! Oh and condo is very nice.

The location was good. The unit was not in the best condition. The shower was not clean (obvious mildew) and we found a dirty sock in the sofa (I’m sure from a previous visitor). I have no idea what other units in this condo association look like, but it’s pretty clear this one hasn’t been updated in a while. With prices almost the same, I’d expect the hosts/owners to be willing to meet minimal requirements for cleanliness, updates, etc. The appliances were newer. Likely not used much, but we didn’t cook at all as we were on vacation!
