Each bedroom includes its own new minisplit air conditioning unit. Kitchen was remodeled 3 yrs ago along with
all plates/Cups/cooking items. Screeded porch on 1st floor includes additional breakfast table with 2 outdoor couches for extra seating along with portable ice/beverage coolers.
This is a Friday to Friday rental with a 5 day Minimum during peak months. Four day stay may be considered for early June and late August
