🏗 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Shores of Panama complex is scheduled for exterior construction from Spring 2025 through Winter of 2026. While you may experience noise or other minor inconveniences during this time, Shores 901’s balcony will remain open and your Gulf views will NOT be obstructed. If this changes we will update the listing immediately
☕ SEASONAL AMENITIES:
Some shared amenities—like the tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill—are only open during peak season (March through October).
💳 RESORT FEE:
Guests must pay a $115 resort fee at check-in, which covers amenity wristbands and parking passes. This fee is paid directly to the HOA and is required even if the garage is not used.
🚘 PARKING DETAILS:
Max 2 vehicles per reservation
Shores 901 includes 1 dedicated parking spot on the 9th floor, labeled Villa Luna
The second vehicle may park in any open spot with a yellow painted bar on the floor
Parking is first-come, first-served outside of the reserved space
🔐 ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
This unit uses a keyless E-lock system. You’ll receive a unique digital code before check-in. The code is changed after each stay for your security.
📹 SECURITY:
For your safety, there is a Ring camera at the front door only. There are no other cameras inside or around the interior of the home.
Please remember to get your passes and wristbands at security when you arrive! You’ll pay the Resort directly and will receive a maximum of two parking passes and 10 wristbands.
The wristbands must be worn while you are on the property and they will grant you access to use the gated entry as well as all of the amenities. children under 12 do not need to wear a wristband.
Security is on site and will enforce the quiet hours. If the security team deems that you are disrupting the other guests, they have the sole discretion to evict you. We will uphold this eviction and no refunds will be given in this event.
During peak season March - October check-in will start at 4 PM but it’s not guaranteed until 6 PM.
Please use caution when driving in the parking garage there are mirrors located on the ramps to access the next floor up on every floor.
Please only park in the designated space for this unit, which is on the ninth floor right next to the exit doors on the west side. If you have two vehicles, the other vehicle may park in any space that has a yellow bar painted on the space itself.
