For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance

MIDSTAY REFRESH :
The coffee & tea bar, snacks, and essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and bath supplies are all part of a complimentary starter setup for your arrival. We don’t automatically replenish these during your stay, but if you’d like a mid-stay refresh, we’re happy to offer that!
The refresh includes a restock of supplies, fresh linens and towels, and a full coffee & snack bar update. This service is available for a $150 fee—just let us know if you`d like to schedule it, and we’ll take care of the rest!

MID-STAY CLEANING for Extended Stays ONLY :
For stays of 6 nights or more, we offer a mid-stay cleaning to ensure a fresh, comfortable experience throughout your visit.

You’ll have two options to choose from:

COMPLIMENTARY REFRESH (approx. 1-2 hours): Includes fresh linens and towel change, and restocking of essentials.

FULL LUXURY CLEANING ($250 fee, approx. 4–5 hours): Includes deep cleaning of the home, kitchen refresh (dishwashing, trash removal), vacuuming, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of basic supplies and snacks.
We’ll typically schedule this around the halfway point of your stay and coordinate the timing with you in advance.

To provide our guests with an upscale and seamless experience, early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and are offered at the host’s discretion. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival or departure.

Flagstaff is honored to be the world’s first designated Dark Sky City. To help protect its beautiful night skies, we kindly encourage using outdoor lighting only when needed and turning it off when not in use. Every little bit helps keep the stars shining bright for everyone to enjoy!

WINTER GUESTS:
Flagstaff is a truly magical winter destination, and we’re here to help you make the most of it! Our snow removal team is on hand to clear the driveway whenever there’s more than 3 inches of snow during your stay, so you can arrive and get around without any hassle. To make things even easier, we’ve got a snow shovel and ice melt available at the property to keep your entryways safe.

Just a heads-up: While we do our best to prepare the property for any weather, the city’s street clearing schedules are beyond our control. If there’s a snow forecast, we suggest getting here before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries beforehand. This way, you can fully enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of your home without any travel interruptions. Because of these things, we can’t offer refunds for weather-related delays.

ACCESS:
For your Convenience, the same door code will also work on the garage pin pad. We`ve found that remotes sometimes tend to go missing, so this makes things a little easier for you.
