Construction will be during the day Mon-Fri, with intermittent breaks between - some weeks will have construction, some will not. **Stair use** - this property has three floors accessible via stairs. The first floor only has four stairs. The second and third have twelve.
Downstairs you have a living room, two King bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen. Upstairs you have an open concept, spacious kitchen, and living room. Full bathroom in between a King bedroom and a Queen bunk room. Situated in the corner are the primary suite with a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with dual shower heads, and a soaking tub. Up the stairs from that is the rooftop deck with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, and comfy sectional. Soak in all the views Flagstaff offers, all from the comforts of your vacation home.

-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
