The Space:
**Stair use** - this property has three floors accessible via stairs. The first floor only has four stairs. The second and third have twelve.

Due to the Flagstaff City Noise Ordinance, all music and loud conversations must end by 10pm. Per the law, we have decibel meters in the property to ensure this is followed!

Downstairs you have a living room, two King bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen! Upstairs you have an open concept, spacious kitchen, and living room. Full bathroom in between a King bedroom and a Queen bunk room! Situated in the corner are the primary suite with a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with dual shower heads, and a soaking tub. Up the stairs from that is the rooftop deck with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, and comfy sectional. Soak in all the views Flagstaff offers, all from the comforts of your vacation home.

Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival. If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*
