SLEEPING: The cabin has three cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has dressers and closets to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. There are:

Three queen-sized beds
One queen sleeper sofa.
One Sofa Bed (Two full Mattress).
One bathroom.

INTERIOR: the amenities we have to offer including
-Bath necessities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair-dryer.
-Fast WiFi
-Netflix
-Heat split units plus ceiling fans in each bedroom
-Plush bath, hand, and face towels including, Towels for inside use only.

KITCHEN:
equipped with: toaster, regular coffee maker, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, paper towel, tea pot, and various sizes of pots & pans
-Salt, pepper, tea, sugar, dish and hand soap
-Laundry room with washer, dryer.

OUTSIDE:

After taking in the stunning views of Private yard where you can soak up the sun or hang out by the fire pit.
-Firewood is not provided.

Guest access

-Gated community will only allow entry with
PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies.
-All paperwork must be filled out 2 days prior to check-in

-Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard.
There is ample parking in the driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-We are happy to accommodate early check in ano
late check out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn

We have a fee $100 for each Pet.

SMOKING/DRUGS/FIREWORK
-Not allowed

-Firewood is not provided.

PESTS and BUGS

-We subscribe to monthly pest control
-POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation.
BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter.

SECURITY CAMERA

-We have cameras outside.

-There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas because that is creepy.
