The main living area on the second floor features a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. With parking for up to 6 cars, a private pool, and 4 outdoor showers, you’ll enjoy outdoor living at its finest. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The second-level screened-in porch provides a peaceful retreat, while the fully-equipped kitchen features two dishwashers. On the ground level you can find a propane grill, a second full-sized refrigerator, and a ping pong table. An elevator offers easy access to all levels of the home, and a charging station for electric cars adds extra convenience.

We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light, and we’ve included all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and toys to make your beach outings effortless. BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of 12th st, approximately a 10 minute walk. Just come out the house and take a right onto 17th st, then a left on N shore dr. Follow until the end then take a right onto Canal dr followed by a left onto 12th st.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
