You're within walking distance to all the restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops on the island. Getting on and off the island is a breeze because the house is located close by the bridge. Your family and friends will absolutely LOVE the panoramic views that surround this classy 6 bedroom, 3 bath coastal beach cottage! This beautiful home offers 2 separate living spaces and 2 private entrances (no interior access) to provide plenty of privacy for everyone! With direct private beach access and tremendous views this property is one for the whole family to enjoy.
Your family and friends will appreciate the quick access to the inviting beach and cool ocean waters located directly across the street from the house with private beach access. Beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler are provided to insure your beach excursions are memorable. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot and cold water and foot wash station. From the covered deck you might catch a glimpse of island wildlife, or simply enjoy the warm island breezes and picturesque views. Rock your cares away on the covered front porch, or enjoy your mornings and evenings on the deck while sipping your favorite beverage and watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy a morning or evening exploration of the island using rented bicycles and discover all the treasure the island has to offer.
This charming coastal home offers plenty of privacy with 2 totally separate living spaces. On the main level, your family will enjoy the bright and cheerful décor with a living room, dining room and modern kitchen all decorated with a coastal feel. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need for creating gourmet meals during your stay. You will discover 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on this main level as well as a laundry area with washer and dryer. On the ground level, you will appreciate the comfortably furnished, bright and spacious family room with a fully stocked kitchenette including everything you will need for quick meal prep. You will also discover 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on this level.
Off season rent the main floor independently for smaller groups.

Linen and towel service is $22.00 per guest/week (or $275 per week for complete house linen package). Our purchased linen service includes bed linens, pillowcases, bath towels, wash cloths and bathmats.
Pet Friendly: $32 per night, non-refundable pet fee is required. A dog friendly home is limited to a single dog or 2 dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 50 lbs, unless otherwise pre-approved by the owner. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
