Located in the heart of the University District, Adorable Studio is just a three-block stroll through a tree-lined neighborhood to the University of Montana. Enjoy easy access to iconic local destinations—the Hip Strip, riverfront, downtown, and trails.

I’m happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they like. My top priorities are guest privacy and space to make their vacation their own. The University Cottage is well suited for the experienced-minded urban explorer wanting to be a stone's throw from UM and the best of Missoula's downtown.

This home is located on the edge of The University of Montana Campus, less than three blocks from the Oval.

Wide boulevards, tree-lined streets, and craftsman homes characterize the area. This area also features proximity to a beautiful mix of parks, schools, churches, and businesses.

Stroll six lovely, tree-lined blocks through a historic neighborhood to the Clark Fork River, Hip Strip and Downtown.

The entire apartment is dedicated to your quiet enjoyment during your stay.

As mentioned - the yard is shared, and there is a table and chairs available for you to use, with the understanding that you are likely to interact with the occupants of the main house when you are outside.

This private backyard cottage studio suite is a bright and inviting space...freshly and thoughtfully amenitized with everything you need during a short or extended stay in our little city.

With a simple, minimalist style - the space is cozy and comfortable - uncluttered but well-appointed.

Curl up with a good book from our petite library while you enjoy the abundant natural light. Or take a moment to view the lovingly attended garden beds in the yard.

The kitchenette is stocked with a few pans and utensils for a simple meal, and the cute drop-leaf cafe table and chairs accommodate two guests.

Enjoy variable pillows for propping and crisp, clean bed linens enveloping a comfortable mattress for a deeply restful sleep.

Bathroom amenities include quality shampoo & conditioner, body wash, a selection of commonly forgotten toiletries, and fresh, clean towels.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Please be advised that we can't accommodate 3rd party bookings. We require all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Please add all guests to your reservation at the time of booking.
