We absolutely loved staying here. It was a super quick uber ride to downtown area and the provided larger van info provided by the homeowner was used plenty since we had a group of 8. The ensuite bathrooms was perfect so each couple had their own bathroom. Everything was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. We would definitely use this property again!

Our stay was a 10 out of 10! Very clean home. Spacious for our party of 8. This was our first time in Nashville and the home made our stay even better. All the places including Broadway were not far at all. We would definitely boo again! Thank you for being great hosts!!

It was a great place. Very clean, provides with good dishes and glasses. Host was wonderful as the hvac was having troubles and was fixed within hours. Just one warning is train tracks close by and construction supply establishment or equivalent with beeping machines. It’s quiet at night just noisy during the day. Quiet noise machines helped. Also easy Uber rides to downtown and nice garage for rental car.

So glad it was a great stay overall — clean, well-equipped with dishes and glassware, and that the team got the HVAC sorted within hours when it acted up! Thank you for the helpful heads-up about the daytime noise from the train tracks and nearby construction; it's useful for future guests to know, and the noise machine tip is a nice touch. The rooms and home were clean. Just as pictured on the listing. There were a couple of bars close by and a convenience store. Major grocery stores were less then 10mins away by car. Really enjoyed staying in more residential neighborhood. Noise from the train did not disturb our sleep. Appreciated the timely response from the host anytime we had an inquiry and the open communication.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It is such a cool space with plenty of room, super close to Broadway with a quick Uber/Lyft ride, in a safe location, and had awesome restaurants and a Brewery just a short walk away. Everything was clean and working, beds were very comfortable, large kitchen and an awesome outdoor balcony to enjoy. It offered everything we needed and even had a garage we could park two cars in plus street parking if needed. The host was awesome and even offered an early check-in option. The check in/out was super simple with a door code. We will definitely look for other properties offered by AvantStay for future trips and this will definitely be our choice to stay in on our next Nashville trip!! This townhouse was in a great location to downtown- about a 10 minute/15 uber ride. Nice to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There were list of stairs but was worth it. The property managers weeent very responsive after we got checked in. We had some questions and didn't hear back for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience. We loved the deck where we had our morning caffeine together. Nashville is a great city to visit.

Great trip away

We had a great trip to Nashville for a few days. My kids enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms. Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it was nice to have an home away from home to relax after a busy day. It was a very quick trip to downtown. The only thing that would have been nice to know is that we were close to a train track. We’re not used to that so it took some getting used to.

Wknd in Nashville

We were in Nashville for the weekend. The townhouse was very close to Broadway, just a quick Lyft away. Grocery shopping was close and there were quite a few restaurants close by. The only downside to the location was the fact that it was very close to the train tracks. We wondered when we checked in why all the bedrooms had ear plugs and we found out the first night. Trains with whistles blowing every hour well into the early morning. The beds too were just a bit too soft. Other than those two things, everything was great. Checkin and checkout went smoothly and the price was right for our group. If you can sleep through noise from trains and like soft beds, this place is right for you
