It's a Family Affair
I searched several properties and when booking this one failed to indicate the number of guests. The ad states sleeps 20 and inside the listing states up to 32. PIF immediately and noticed an extra person charge. I reached out many times with his questions about this and it was 2 months later when I received a response and a bill for 1350 for the max number allowed. Timing was in his favor as it left me no time to cancel and to receive a refund. I immediately started seeing payment past due. I was told I booked it wrong, which I may have however 2 months to respond is unacceptable when you added a 1350 charge last minute! Customer service was absolutely no help. I reached out to them a few times and they failed to provide a response and unhelpful in resolving my issue.The Bohemian is a converted church with cement floors and rugs with room dividers to separate rooms; as a result noise travels and there is zero privacy. Doors open rough and close hard and loud. Bathrooms are public stalls, with a handicap accessible shower for men and women. it was clear cleanup outside wasn't done as we were met with leaves and dirty tables. Overall the space was good, and the kitchen worked great for the chef who prepared the wedding dinner. Check in and out procedures were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is residential and not one of your better areas however it was quiet for the most part minus trains and barking dogs.
