Whether you’re traveling with extended family, friends, or a large group, you’ll love the spacious layout that allows everyone to stay close, yet enjoy their own private space.

8 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms – With ample space for up to 20 guests, everyone will have room to relax, unwind, and enjoy their own personal retreat.
Two Independent Units – Stay close together but enjoy the privacy and flexibility of separate living spaces. Perfect for large groups or multiple families.
Expansive fully fence Backyard with Fire Pit & Two Grills – Enjoy outdoor fun with plenty of space to gather around the fire pit or cook up a feast with two grills available for your use.
High-End Renovations – Modern design and top-tier finishes make this home as stylish as it is comfortable, with luxurious touches throughout.
1. Parking: driveway available for both units
2. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside the property. We kindly request that guests step away from doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the premises.
3. Parties or events: Parties or events are not permitted on the property. Please note that a $1000 fee will be charged if any unauthorized parties or events are held at the property.
4. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 20. Please ensure that your guest count is accurate when making a reservation. If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us upon booking.
5. Open flames and candles: For safety reasons, no open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.
6. No pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. A $500 cleaning fee will be added per unit to the reservation if any pets are discovered
7. Toilet paper and flushable wipes: Please flush only toilet paper down the toilets. Flushing flushable wipes can cause plumbing issues.
8. Early check-in/Late check-out fees: If you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out, there will be a fee of $100 for each additional hour. A daily might apply after the first 2 hours . Approval from the host is required in advance.
9. Linen and stain damages: kindly inform us if damages occurred during your stay
10. Cooling/Heating: To ensure the optimal operation of the cooling/heating system, we kindly ask that all windows remain closed.
11. Smoke-free policy: Smoking inside the house will result in a $1000 fee.
12. Parking on grass: Please refrain from parking on the grass to maintain the appearance and condition of the property. ( there is a fire hydrant near the driveway located on the grass please be careful when pulling in or backing out )
13. Kindly note that the use of indoor or outdoor speakers is strictly prohibited on the property .
14. Please note that the supplies provided in the property are intended to serve as starter supplies. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, body wash, and more. If you find that you need additional supplies during your stay, please feel free to purchase them from nearby stores as needed.
15. This one isn’t a rule but to maintain your privacy and that of the adjacent property, two of the windows have privacy film due to the shared backyard.
16. Lastly Please be aware that the option to use the AC will be unavailable during the cold months, specifically from November to mid-April. Rest assured, each room will still be supplied with a fan and the house is equipped with three separate thermostats for you to adjust the heat as needed.
We suggest that guests obtain travel insurance during the booking process, as we are unable to issue refunds for anything that falls outside the platform's policy.
