Neu renoviert und im South Seas Tower 3 gelegen, bietet diese am Strand gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern einen umlaufenden Balkon und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Tigertail Beach. Kein Detail wurde übersehen, und auch bei der Renovierung dieser Wohnung wurde kein Cent verschont. Die Küche verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten, individuelle Fußböden, Schränke und Beleuchtung. Es gibt einen elektrischen Hamilton Beach Grill!

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Schlafsofa, einen großen intelligenten HD-Flachbild-TV und zahlreiche bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für die Gäste. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TVs. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Der Meister hat ein eigenes Bad und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Diese einzigartige Wohnung wird sicher auch den selektivsten Reisenden erfreuen.

Peaceful enjoyable stay

The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Tigertail Beach is perfect for relaxation, long walks and shelling. The property is well equipped and maintained. The building is undergoing needed hallway renovations, but this didn’t interfere with the enjoyment of the property. Excellent, peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets. Also very clean, quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your part of paradise! Only negative to speak of is the pool lady - we witnessed multiple unfriendly bossy moments to guests, including to ourselves. If it wasn’t for her obnoxious presence around the pool, we would consider coming back, but unfortunately we probably won’t. Many others staying in the same buildings spoke the same, so we figured it’s important to note.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay at the SST 3. Beautiful views, clean property. Newly renovated kitchen was nice, clean floors, bathrooms. Beautiful lighting accent in bathrooms. Had beach buggy( very helpful) but purchased a new metal umbrella “hook” for the beach (left for future renters) and laundry unit is near elevator. Communication was slightly difficult as when trying to ask questions prior about current construction, beach accessories available for use (messaged a month prior to booking) & never received a response..Besides that it was a very pretty condo very nicely renovated in a safe secure area with nice walking grounds to local restaurants.

Beautiful on the beach condo!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It’s equipped with anything you’d need to feel right at home. Super clean, nice beds and bedding, and everything new! Gorgeous sunsets and ocean front balcony...about 1/4 mile from condo to water but an easy ten minute beach walk. Great location to restaurants too. Would stay here again in a minute!

The condo is beautiful! Amazing views!

The condo was clean and it had everything a family needs to spend a week at the beach. The beach cart, beach umbrellas and beach chairs came in very handy. The views are spectacular including an amazing sunset view. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation on Marco

This condo truly is stunning and well worth the price. The views from the kitchen, living room and balcony were amazing. Marco Island homes on one side and the Gulf and Tiger Tail Beach on the other. It was also stocked with beach towels, chairs a chart to lug everything to the beach, two umbrellas. The beach is 10 minute easy walk from the condo. The beach was beautiful white sand and we found many beautiful shells. The pool and condo complex was well maintained. My husband and I brought our 17 year old daughter and her girlfriends. The location was great. Many restaurants and a Winn Dixie within a five minute drive. This was our first trip to the Gulf. We will definitely come back.

Had an amazing time!

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo! This is our 3rd time staying in the towers and your condo is my favorite. I love the wrap around balcony to get the full view of the ocean. The kitchen appliances are great, the rooms and bathrooms are also great. We appreciate the extra beach towels and a couple of chairs. Let me know if you ever plan on selling your place. Plenty of grocery stores around, so we cooked a lot too. Thanks again1
