We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Very much enjoyed our short time in the cabin. We always head north to the UP in the fall and this is our first time in this cabin. It was very clean and had everything you may need. The view of the river was fantastic. We choose this time of year because it is typically quieter and it was certainly quiet as most properties did not seem occupied. We had a quiet and relaxing few days. We may have to plan to reserve the larger property next door for the whole family to come up. Thank you for sharing beautiful cabin!

This cabin is clean, warm, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The beds were so comfortable! In the fire pit in front of the river was delightful My family had a wonderful trip would definitely highly recommend for a nice quiet getaway.

Words can't describe how beautiful this property is - right on the river, surrounded by trees, it's breathtaking. The cabin was wonderful - a rustic aesthetic with all the modern conveniences and comfort. The host went above and beyond-he reached out ahead of our trip with tips and made sure that check-in and our first night went well. My kids said more than once that they wished we lived here. Highly recommend!

A great, clean, quite cabin. Kitchen was well stocked, even had zip lock bags. Which we forgot, so a big thank you for that. Nicely decorated. Comfortable setting area to enjoy morning coffee. Great views of the river. Would be great to have stairs down to the river in front of cabin. Close to fun activities and rustic hiking trails. Over all a great stay and super host. Will be booking in the future

Couples weekend in gods county snowmobiling

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean, updated with new appliances , great location and great host. Very much recommended and definitely book again in the future.

Like that there was extra towels and things were tidy along with a coffee bar was a nice touch. Tom was great and communicated very well. The setting and location was perfect for our long weekend snowmobile trip. We will definitely be coming back again.

This cabin has good character and has a rustic feel. Over all comfy. The location on the river was good and we had fun fishing. The Tahquamenon Falls is just a short drive away and we had a blast swimming there. Over all a good experience.

Beautiful location. Cabin was very nice and well stocked for utensils, bowls and plates. Host was very friendly and answered all questions. Was very accommodating when we had to make last minute request to increase occupant number. Overall, an awesome experience. Would highly recommend.

Cozy cabin by the river

Cabin was clean and fully equipped, which was much appreciated. The wifi connection was particularly helpful. Our little one loved playing in the sand outside. The person who cleans the cabin lives only 2 houses down and was very attentive and helpful - she even offered to borrow life vests (including a small one for a 3 year old!) so we could use the kayaks that were by the cabin. We would definitely stay again.

Refreshing Getaway

We stayed here on a beautiful snowy weekend in February. The owner had done a quality job refreshing this cosy cabin on the Tahquamenon River, all the while keeping the vintage and northwoods feel. The front room, with windows on three sides, was the best place to hang out, with captivating views of the river. The kitchen and bathroom had new appliances and fixtures, all nicely suited to the original knotty pine interior. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. What a comfortable, enjoyable place to stay! We loved our time there!

Beautiful cabin on the amazing river. Clean, cozy cabin with everything you need. Wasn’t what we had expected though. Very steep embankment to the river, couldn’t get to the river from the cabin. Property manager did message after we checked in that we could use his yard and dock right next door. The cabin is not isolated but directly next to another cabin (not shown in pictures). Beautiful location on the river and love the UP.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful river front cabin. The perfect quiet and peaceful vacation we needed. Was able to rent a boat and use the neighbor’s dock (there is no dock at this property as the cabin is located up on a high bluff). Highly recommend Sonny’s Boat Rentals which is conveniently located just down the street, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Conveniently located to many local attractions. Did lose power one night due to high winds but came back on in a couple of hours. River view was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a nicer, comfier, cozier cabin. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s quaint cabin. He was very good about checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the back porch, great river view and perfect place to have an evening cocktail. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. Was a little concerned about the cabin not having AC but with the cool evenings, fans and breeze off the river, we never missed it! We visited the Taquamanon Falls park, several lighthouses and many beautiful beaches on the lake. I’d highly recommend Tom’s place for a visit in the Paradise area.

We had the best time at Toms tranquil cabin on the water!! It is very private and we enjoyed the wonderful updated kitchen and bathroom. The twinkle lights add a nice trip and the view of the water is so beautiful We hope to return. Thank you for being a great responsive host Tom. We enjoyed your cozy cabin very much!!!!
