A maximum of four guests are allowed. Amenities include a pool, lobby area with game room (ping-ping table) and a tv. The condo includes a full kitchen, two TVs (living room and bedroom), WiFi, AC, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach toys, beach chairs, towels and enough necessities (soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels) to begin your trip. The bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking Estero Bay. Flippers restaurant is within easy walking distance. No pets or smoking are allowed. Laundry facilities, ping pong, lounging and tv areas as well as a library are located in the lobby.
