When staying at Villa Santorini, you will have a personal chef, a bartender, a gardener and a housekeeper included.

Your chef will prepare all breakfast, lunch and snacks to enjoy in the villa (groceries are not included).

We would be more than happy to assist with your first grocery run! Should you wish to take advantage of this service, a 10% service fee will be added to the total bill.

The housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds and wash the towels and linen.

PERSONAL laundry service, there is an additional cost.

Villa staff work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., they can stay as late as needed, but transportation for staff must be provided. In case of requiring dinner preparation, there will be an additional cost of $20 per person (staff staying), this amount may be paid directly to the chef or waiter.

You will also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your point of contact for anything you need during your stay. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish.

**Highly recommend that you bring water shoes to enter the beach!

The villa is designed for peaceful stays with a maximum of 12 guests (including children and overnight visitors). Any gathering or visit that exceeds 25 people on the property at any time is considered an event or party. Parties, events, weddings, corporate gatherings, or any similar functions are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. If approved, an additional event fee will apply depending on size/duration, plus any extra cleaning or security charges if needed. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the booking, additional fees, and/or loss of the security deposit. Please message us in advance if you’re planning anything beyond a standard family/group stay—we’re happy to discuss!

GUEST ACCESS:
Resort Fee - All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register to be granted full access to resort areas and amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 30/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 15/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Registration benefits includes: Villa Owners Club concierge services, use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach, golf discount rates and access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center, among others.
